OIBMAC Nowadays we live in an idle, depressive and stressful society. The youth does not possess the strength of yesterday. Most young people are not interested in Education, and if they are interested, they do it more for financial gain than for a conviction that they possess a talent or wish to make a difference in society.
I will always remember a proverb that hung in the office of the principal of my High School. It said: Kind Of People
People that make things happen
People that let things happen
And people that ask what happened
What would happen if most of us (because it is impossible to include everyone) would fight for what we're really passionate about?
Wouldn't we have a more prosperous and constructive society and less painful and destructive?
I firmly believe that we should motivate each individual to reach their maximum potential, instead of imposing goals and condeming them to live a life that negates their uniqueness.
The key is to nurture...without poisoning. And what we may not consider poison, it could still be unripe fruit or a cloyed dessert. Let's walk looking ahead, together, without pressure; with plenty of tolerance and love for the whole human race.

Hoy en dia vivimos en una sociedad ociosa, depresiva y estresante. La juventud no tiene la misma fuerza de ayer. Pocos jovenes estan interesados en el estudio, y la mayoria de los que estan interesados, lo hacen mas por superacion economica que por una conviccion de que tienen un talento o que quieren hacer una diferencia en esta sociedad.
Siempre recordare un proverbio que colgaba en su oficina el director de la escuela secundaria a la cual asisti. Decia: Tipo de Personas
Personas que hacen que las cosas pasen
Personas que permiten que las cosas pasen
Personas que preguntan que paso
Que sucederia si la mayoria de nosotros (porque es imposible incluir a todos) nos dedicaramos a luchar por lo que realmente nos apasiona?
No tendriamos una sociedad mas prospera y constructiva, y menos dolorosa y destructiva?
Creo firmemente en que debemos motivar a cada persona a lograr su maximo potencial individual, en lugar de quererle imponerle metas y condenarlos a vivir una vida ajena a su individualidad.
La clave es nutrir...sin envenenar. Y lo que no consideremos veneno, aun puede ser un fruto verde o un postre que empalague. Caminemos hacia adelante, juntos, sin presiones; con bastante tolerancia y amor para toda la raza humana.

Los jóvenes de ahora parecen estar sobre-estimulados... a veces da la impresión como que no le importan los asuntos de la sociedad hasta que es demasiado tarde. Este es un tema bien complicado, y aunque estoy de acuerdo contigo, no debemos perder las esperanzas.

And yes, we should be kind and nurture those that we meet in our paths to give this world faith to have better future.
Así debería de ser, ayudarse ha ser mejores, nutrirnos unos con otros.

Themys- De acuerdo, aunque aveces parece casi imposible querer estimular la superacion personal.
Mar- Faith is key...better future? Hard to attain.
Baakanit- Definitivamente, pero hay que saber ayudar. Aveces el querer ayudar al otro en realidad lo incomoda o lo asfixia. Existen muchas cosas pequenas con grandes importancias.
